Here’s what we’ll use for this workflow:

  1. For podcast transcription: OpenAI Whisper. We’ll use an online hosted version called replicate, for which you’ll need a GitHub account.
  2. For the title, show notes and blog posts we’ll make use of ChatGPT, so you’ll need an OpenAI account.

Workflow

  1. Go to https://replicate.com/openai/whisper and log into your GitHub account.
  2. Upload your audio file to the page by dropping it into the “audio” box.

  1. Leave all the options alone, except for “language”. Choose the language of your podcast audio.
  2. Scroll down and press “Submit”. The transcription may take a while based on the length of your audio. Wait for it to finish and copy the transcription that will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
